Chelsea Howell Garcia

Chelsea Howell Garcia, born and Raised In the Rio Grande Valley, began her work with the Republican Party In 2016 as she worked in a campaign with then Candidate for McAllen Mayor Othal Brand Jr she then joined the Young Republican Organization and served her first year on the Hidalgo County Young Republican Board as Public Relations Director, her second year she then Served as their Outreach Director. During her service with the Young Republicans, she grew the club to 600 plus members and gave back to her community when they were hit with torrential rains, and led a Donation Drive to help her community. She is determined and eager to see the conservative movement flourish in the Rio Grande Valley. She currently serves as Chairwoman for The Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Texas
