Can Today’s Vaccines be related to ID2020 Mandate?

In the stimulus package that was recently passed in Congress to address the COVID-19 epidemic, there is a provision that establishes a U.S Digital Dollar. The Digital Dollar added to the bill by Democrats and part of a Digital Wallet that is to be controlled by the Federal Reserve. In the Stimulus package, the Digital Dollar is described as

a balance expressed as a dollar value consisting of digital ledger entries that are recorded as liabilities in the accounts of any Federal Reserve Bank, or an electronic unit of value, redeemable by an eligible financial institution (as determined by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System).

Additionally, a digital dollar wallet is identified as ‘a digital wallet or account, maintained by a Federal reserve bank on behalf of any person, that represents holdings in an electronic device or service that is used to store digital dollars that may be tied to a “digital or physical identity”. There is concern among individuals that legislators will require individuals to register in an identification system that is similar to this for health clearance status. This identification system if implemented would require individuals to get tested for COVID-19 and give them the certificate of immunity, prior to being allowed back into society. Dr. Fauci mentioned that a system like this could be implemented in the form of immunity cards.

Entities such as GAVI a Vaccine Alliance with core partners as the World Health Organization, UNICEF, the World Bank and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, plays a critical role in strengthening primary health care, bringing them closer to the Sustainable Development Goal from the U.N, (SDG) of Universal Health Coverage (UHC).  Recently, Bill Gates and Big Pharma at the 2019 Summit,  spoke about the Good ID Challenge”, at a meeting in the U.N they rolled out ID2020 and with the backing of the World Economic Forum, The Rockefeller Foundation, Microsoft, Ideo, and Accenture, for its worldwide “potential.”  The ID2020 is an alliance of public-private partners, UN agencies, civil organizations that are developing an electronic ID program that uses a generalized vaccination in its microchip as a platform for digital identity. This program includes existing birth registration and vaccination with a bio-metrically linked digital identity. 

The Obama Administration attempted to require Americans to be microchipped in a Unique Device Identity System in H.R 3962 and H.R 3200 (Obamacare). However, a coalition of Republicans and Conservative Christians stood against this mandate back in 2009 and took their case to the Supreme Court. HR 3962 SECTION 2571 P. 1500 – 1510 contains this Unique Device Identity System or National Medical Registry Device which is the RFID Microchip mandate, it did not pass and was ultimately cut from Obamacare.  It should be noted that similar systems are currently happening governments like China, as they are removing the rights and freedoms from their citizens with their new “CREDIT SYSTEM.
