Reynaldo Torres
National Vice-Chair
Rey Torres was born and raised in the US Territory of Puerto Rico and moved later to New York, where he has lived for many years. He is a lifelong Conservative, a Healthcare Administrator, and a dedicated Bible Theology and Christian Education Instructor in New York for over thirty years. Rey is a biblical apologist and author, publishing papers such as “Quantum God: The Logical Implications of Quantum Mechanics and the Existence of God” a persuasive document using scientific reasoning to logically justify the existence of God. In addition, Rey is a professional musician, a recording artist, and a writer for many Christian artists as Yadira Coradín, Michael Rodriguez, Josue Sánchez, Angel Maldonado, and his wife, Mairén Medina-Torres. A former ordained minister, Rey and his wife Mairén are devoted Evangelical Christians, active with local community outreach events, international missions, and at their local congregation.

Mairén Torres

Mairen Medina-Torres was born in Massachusetts of Colombian parents. She grew up in the state of Florida and now lives in Long Island, New York. Mairen is a lifelong Conservative who came from a very humble beginning,as she watched her mother work fulltime during the day and go to school at night to equip herself and provide for her family. Her mother instilled in her the value of dedication, love, hard work, and good Spanish cooking. Today, she is a Business Systems Architect within the Healthcare Industry, with vast experience in business administration across a wide range of industries, working directly with the Regional Director of Merrill Lynch, as well as other healthcare leaders as CEO’s and Leadership Executives. Mairen graduated with honors in Communication Disorders, from Adelphi University. She also graduated with honors from the Assemblies of God, with a degree in Bible Theology and Christian Education. She has a passion for local outreach and international missions. In November 2018, in the company of her Church’s Missions Team, they successfully launched a much-needed communal Medical Clinic in the mountains of Loma Larga, Honduras. Mairen has distinguished herself working and volunteering in the capacity of Fund-Raising Administrator. At her local church, she functions as an Audio/Visual Designer, a Worship and Devotional Leader, and Girls Ministry Teacher. She is also an accomplished Christian recording artist, publisher, and songwriter. Mairen enjoys spending time with her adult children whenever possible, alongside her husband Rey Torres, National Chief Administrative Director at the RNHA. Above all, she is a devoted Evangelical Christian, who values ministering with her husband at their local congregation.

Abraham López

Abraham López served the Great State of New Jersey as the former Deputy Chief of Staff for Civic Engagement at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor where he oversaw the Department of State’s Division of Programs. Abraham also served as Executive Director of the New Jersey Center for Hispanic Policy, Research and Development (NJCHPRD), a role he was named to by Governor Chris Christie and Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno in March 2011. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in civic engagement, organizational development, Hispanic and faith-based grassroots communities, where he’s been responsible for community organizing, nonprofit management, and fundraising. Prior to becoming NJCHPRD Executive Director, Abraham served in the Governor’s Office of Intergovernmental Affairs as Director of Hispanic and Faith-Based Affairs. There, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Administration’s aggressive outreach efforts to the State’s Hispanic community and its work with various communities of faith. Prior to joining state government, Mr. López was Deputy Coalitions Director for the Christie-Guadagno campaign. In November 2015, Abraham was elected Committeeman of Westampton Township and elected by his peers in January of 2016 to serve as Deputy Mayor, making Abraham the youngest elected official and the first American of Hispanic ancestry to hold such positions in the township’s history. Abraham serves on the executive board of the Detective Melvin Santiago’s Dream Fund for New Recruits, Inc., and serves as a youth leader and children’s ministry classroom leader at his local church. Abraham earned a Bachelors’s degree in Political Science from New Jersey City University in Jersey City, New Jersey and a Masters in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Abraham is Associate Manager of Public Relations and Communications at a Theme Park and resides in the City of Oviedo, Florida with his wife, Brenda, their son, Isaac Abraham, daughter Abriana Isabella and son Israel Alexander.

Genaro Padroarias
National Congressional Liason Officer
Genaro Pedroarias is a geospatial analyst, instructor and Spanish media commentator who has worked in the technology and government contracting fields with involvement in numerous political projects. Currently, he serves as congressional liaison on the Republican National Hispanic Assembly (RNHA) executive board and past chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Virginia (RNHA VA). Genaro appears regularly as a Republican analyst and RNC surrogate on Spanish news broadcasts. Born to Cuban parents in Los Angeles, California, he moved to Northern Virginia in 1997 to work in a wireless telecommunications venture. Genaro brings with him a long of career political activism dating back to his college years when he served on the board of directors of the California College Republicans as voter registration director and regional area director. He also served as chair of the Cal Poly Pomona College Republicans. While residing in California he volunteered for numerous campaigns at the local, state, and Federal level. Genaro’s greatest political passion lies in helping elect bright, energetic Republicans to office. To help in this effort, he and a partner established futureisnow.org, a California PAC dedicated to recruit, train and elect young individuals to positions at the local level. In 2003 he completed a term as president of the Young Hispanic Republican Association (YHRA). In both 2000 and 2004 Genaro was an active volunteer for the Bush-Cheney presidential campaign. In 2004 he was even featured in numerous television campaign ads, which were also shown at the Republican National Convention in New York City. In 2004 Genaro proudly served as a member of the elite Bush 72-Hour Task Force in the state of New Hampshire. Since 2015 he is a frequent guest commentator supporting President Trump on major Spanish network news shows airing on CNN Español, Entravision, Univision, NTN24, Alhurra TV, and Voice of America. Genaro received his B.S. in Geography from the California State Polytechnic University and a Professional GIS Certification from George Mason University School of Continuing Education.
