Santiago Avila, Jr.
Northeastern Regional Director

Regional States Responsibility:
Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and the Virgin Islands.

Chairman Avila is the founder and CEO of eLev8 Florida, LLC, a Florida-based consulting and marketing firm with local and state clientele. He also dedicates his time to charities and volunteering for causes he believes in. Chairman Avila is of Cuban and Mexican descent and was born in Chicago, Illinois. As a former Youth Pastor, He enjoys involvement with the youth in his community. He believes that youth groups and youth clubs can help keep today’s youth out of trouble, providing a much-needed vehicle to address challenges and contribute to a sound foundation for future success. As a business owner, he understands the meaning of hard work. He knows the frustrations that are involved in regards to dealing with the government and its inefficiency. He also understands the difficulties involved in opening a new business and wants to help the community be informed. Chairman Avila is a social media influencer known as “The Constitutional Conservative” and hosts a Podcast called Hispanics Lead Right with a listenership of over 25K people worldwide. He has had Elected Officials like Senator Marco Rubio, Senator Rick Scott, Congressman Michael Waltz, and Congressman Byron Donalds on his show. Mónica Yelin
Western Regional Director

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Monica Yelin is a lifelong conservative and passionate supporter of the Republican Platform. Eager to explore new opportunities, Monica immigrated to the United States in 1998 with a J-1 Work Visa, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and unbridled ambition. Since then, Monica received her Master’s degree in International Relations and Political Science, currently serves as one of the commissioners for Preventing Domestic Violence in AZ, is a Member at Large for the Maricopa County GOP and is the former Director of Strategic Initiatives for the AZ Republican Party. Her views do not reflect the opinions of her employers.

Nelson R. Albino
Caribbean Regional Director

U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Hawaai

Mr. Albino is Puerto Rican. He began his journalistic career as a writer and columnist for the international digital newspaper PanAm Post where he also worked as a Translations Manager. A supporter of fiscal conservatism, a small government with low taxes, and the constitutional right to bear arms. He went to college at George Mason University in Virginia and King University in Tennessee where he studied for a career in Health Administration. In Virginia, he volunteered for Robert Sarvis’s libertarian campaign for Governor in the 2013 Virginia gubernatorial elections. He is currently a political analyst on Accion 97.9 FM of iHeart Media Orlando. He also has his podcast The Nelson Albino Report and shares his writings through his Facebook page Nelson R. Charles López
Southern Regional Director

Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas.

Charles Lopez is a first-generation college graduate born and raised in South Florida. A Miami native, Charles earned his bachelor’s in Public Administration at Florida International University. He continued to earn his Master’s degree in Management and Leadership at Liberty University. He also has earned his Professional Human Resources credential and is sought after for his experience in organizational transformation, employee engagement, policy development, process optimization, and executive advisement. Charles’ first political experience working for Randall Terry for Congress in upstate New York sparked an earnest desire to stand up for truth and for those that did not have a voice – the unborn babies. In 2010, Charles ran for FL State House of Representative to stand up against abortion, school choice, and religious freedom. After he and his family moved to North Carolina in 2017, he earned his NC real estate license, where he is a Committee Member in the Young Professional Network for Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Alamance County Human Resources Association and is the Chair of the College Relations Committee. Charles is also the Chairman of North Carolina’s GOP Hispanic Republican Coalition and now our State Chairman for the National Republican Hispanic Assembly in North Carolina. Charles is a son to a Mexican-Native American carpenter and a Guatemalan housekeeper/nanny. Both of which taught him to not depend on the government, work hard, and put God and family first. Charles is happily married to Glenda and celebrate 16 years this December. He has three kids: Andrew (a deployed US Marine), 27, Sam, 7, and Sarah, 5.
