RNHA Florida is proud to endorse Rich Williams for St. Lucie County Sheriff. Rich Williams was born and raised in St. Lucie County and graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School. Williams has spent his life serving and protecting the American people. He has served as an Army veteran, a former Florida Highway Patrolman and for volunteer Tactical Flight Officers with St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office’s Aviation Unit. He is a member of the Keiser University Information Technology Advisory Board, is extremely active in the Community Youth Outreach Program, and was a football coach for several years.

Rich Williams believes the most important mission of the Sheriff’s Office is for its citizens to feel safe, respected, and to trust the Law Enforcement Officers that are sworn to serve and protect them. To ensure safety, enhance respect and trust, it is paramount that the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office procures and issues body cameras, car cameras, and additional instruments of non-lethal force for use by our Deputies. Williams intendeds to foster and grow a culture of Community Policing within the Sheriff’s Office that embraces community input and feedback, enhances the Sheriff’s Office Community Involvement, and ensures the highest level of respect for the cultural, socioeconomic, and religious differences that exist within St. Lucie County.

William’s experience in law enforcement and the armed forces makes him an ideal candidate. His love country, devotion to his community and respect for the people show his impeccable character. You will not find a candidate better suited to the task of keeping St. Lucie Safe. Please join the RNHA in voting for Rich Williams for St. Lucie County Sheriff’s office this year.
