RNHA National Endorses Monica De La Cruz-Hernandez For Congress In Texas
The Republican National Hispanic Assembly is proud to endorse Monica De La Cruz-Hernandez for Congresswoman in Congressional District 15 in Texas.
Monica De La Cruz-Hernandez came from humble beginnings. Her grandmother immigrated to the United States as a child to flee the political injustice in Mexico. Monica De La Cruz-Hernadez’s grandfather served as a first-generation America in the U.S Navy. Monica demonstrated leadership from a young age. Monica served as classroom President and head Cheerleader at James Pace High School.
Monica attends the University of Texas at San Antonio where she put herself through college. While attending university she became a UTSA Ambassador and Vice President of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. After graduation, she studied the Spanish Language at La Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. Upon returning from her studies she began her career in Entertainment working for Turner. She eventually went on to work with TNT, and Cartoon Network Latin America.
Eventually, she decided to return to the Rio Grande Valley and began her own insurance agency. She was the first female agent in the Rio Grande to receive the prestigious President’s Club award. This honor is bested upon the top 50 agents in the country. In 2016, Monca and her husband created the Navi Business Group after his current employer was forced to shut down his entire division to cut costs. The hired the initial members of the Navi Bussiness Group from his former division getting them back to work.
Monica is a leader who is resilient, independent, and service-oriented. She is a successful entrepreneur who knows how to create jobs and she has taught numerous individuals to achieve the American Dream. For her dedication to the American people and her successful career in business, we are proud to endorse Monica De La Cruz-Herandez for Congresswoman in Texas’ district 15.
