Ocala, Florida– The Republican National Hispanic Assembly officially endorses Daniel Webster for Congressman of Florida’s 11th Congressional District. No man embodies the words honest, hardworking, frugal and effective better than Daniel Webster. He has a proven track record of standing up for the people!
The RNHA National Committee has seen his great efforts to honor and support our veterans. Daniel Webster was elected the first speaker of the Florida house in 122 years. He served for years as the Florida State Senate Majority Leader where he pushed through common-sense reforms to the legislative process. Webster’s reforms required all legislation to meet certain criteria, which increased the effectiveness of the legislature. During his tenure as Florida Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, Florida was the only state to pass a constitutional amendment protecting its citizens in the landmark Kelo Case(2005).
Daniel Webster stands for the value, policies, and procedures that the RNHA hold dear. Since his election in 2010, he has been leading the fight for tax cuts and job creation. He stood up to protect Floridian’s rights after the landmark Kelo Case and helped pass a state constitutional Amendment to protect the property rights of the citizens of Florida.
