The RNHA Endorses Pattrick Penn for Kanas HD-85 State Representative

The Republican National Hispanic Assembly is proud to endorse Pattrick Penn for Kanas State House district 85. Pattrick Pen is a natural leader who has served in the Army. As an enlisted man, he attained the rank of Sergeant and became a Paralegal Supervisor. As a Paralegal Supervisor, he leads legal and tax support teams for the commands in Colorado, Kuwait, and Korea. From there he became the Task Force Assistant Operations officer and Aide-de-camp after attending officer camp. Penn directed communications for 20 sites and 32 transmissions links in the Afghanistan theatre for a 21,500 task force. Penn also eventually became the Brigade Training Officer where managed the training for a 3,800 Signal Brigade that proved communications for 21,000+ customers in US Army Pacific’s 105 million square mile area of operations. He later was appointed the Headquarters Company Commander, Network Operations Chief, and Captian Signal Officer.  

Penn is an active member of the Kansas Republican Party, the Kansas Black Republican Council, the Sedgwick County Republican Party, the Sedgwick County Black Republican Council, the Sedgwick County Young Republicans, and a Graduate of the Republican Men’s Leadership Series. Penn worked as a Substitute Teacher for Central Christian Academy.  Penn is dedicated to the conservative movement and is dedicated to serving his community.

Pattrick Penn has shown exceptional leadership in the armed forces and will again once he is elected to Kanas State House. It is for this reason that the Republican National Hispanic Assembly is asking you to join us in voting for Pattrick Pen for Kanas State House district 85.
