Emmanuel is a first-generation Southerner born to political asylees from Colombia. Though born in Greenville, North Carolina, he is proud to call the colonial capital of New Bern home. His entry into politics began at age 15 as a volunteer for Nick Freitas’s 2018 Senate Campaign in Virginia. It was this experience that began his love for liberty and politics . Since then, Emmanuel has aided in the Odham for Mayor campaign as the Hispanic Outreach Coordinator, a Field Organizer for the North Carolina Republican Party, and had the great privilege of working with Ron DeSantis for Governor campaign in 2022. He currently works as Campaign Manager for Friends for Josh Kohr. The Lord gave Emmanuel a special passion for educating his generation in the values of Faith and Freedom. He has started the Liberty Youth Coalition, an organization dedicated to educating and mobilizing the next generation of leaders in the ideas of liberty. He brings this passion to the NC RNHA. He plans on bringing Hispanic youth into the RNHA with a focus on strong policy positions and a digital first strategy. Manny also currently serves as Director of Communications for RNHA National.

Robert Cross

Robert Cross is Spaniard and Cuban on his mother’s side. He started his career in public service working in local ministries that provided educational assistance to k-12 students in San Bernardino County, and low-income assistance to disabled people, veterans and refugees. He has been a published in Borgen Project Magazine and Borgen Project Blog, Collaborator, Medium and the Classy Libertarian. Robert earned a master’s degree in Public Policy and International Affairs from Liberty University and a bachelor’s degree in History from the California State University of San Bernardino.

Elisa Martínez

Elisa Martinez is the founder and Executive Director of the New Mexico Alliance for Life and a seasoned conservative leader and policy advocate with over ten years experience as a media spokesperson. Elisa grew up in one of the poorest areas of the country, in Gallup, New Mexico where she worked for her dad's small business. She learned first-hand how her dad's hard work, sacrifice and entrepreneurship lifted her family out of poverty. From this experience, Elisa became passionate about free market principles and earned a degree in Economics from the University of New Mexico. Elisa has worked with every level of government from her state legislature, to Congress as well as serving on the White House Coalition for Hispanic Engagement in 2019. In 2020 Elisa ran for U.S. Senate as an American First conservative, she won the Republican pre-primary convention and finished second in the primary. She also served as a national surrogate for the Donald J. Trump for President 2020 campaign. Elisa’s commentary is featured in hundreds of national and local media stories from the New York Times, LA Times, Fox News, MSNBC and Emmy award-winning documentary, “A Long Walk In Socialism," by Turning Point USA. Elisa was a featured speaker at the 2020 National March for Life before an audience of over 500,000 people. Elisa has written for both local and national media op-eds. Elisa is passionate about Hispanic outreach and delivering the conservative message to the Hispanic community in a winsome way. She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of New Mexico.
